Forvorda listed a series of issues covering lean manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, improvement and innovation, and resource management, and found the practices most suitable for us. It has formed a management model of rapid growth from "Healthy • Excellence", guided by strategy, based on cultural construction, adaptable to the type and scale of enterprises, and providing direction for enterprises. In 2015, it won the Zhejiang Provincial Government Quality Award, making it a leading example of quality management among the 1.1 million small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province.

From its inception, Forvorda established the quality management principle of "not accepting non-conforming products, not manufacturing non-conforming products, not passing on non-conforming products". Xizi Forvorda implements the ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001-2018 standards, and its door motor products have passed CCC certification. All series of lift ascending car overspeed protection means have successfully passed the CE certification, which represents the highest quality standard in the European Union, with impeccable quality. Zhejiang Province innovatively carries out the construction of the "Zhejiang Made Regional Brand" with first-class domestic and internationally advanced standard systems and products, comprehensively reflecting the advanced image of Zhejiang enterprises and products. As a leading company in the traction machine industry, Xizi Forvorda led the drafting of the "Zhejiang Made" group standards for traction machine products and brake products. Several product indicators such as noise, brake life, and response time are higher than national standards, and it was the first to pass the certification in 2017 and 2019 respectively.

The quality management process starts from customer needs and expectations, using synchronous engineering and PQCS pre-control in the product development phase, flying audit supervision process in the batch procurement phase, and performance appraisal incentives to manage external quality. Internal quality management uses the PDP passport method for early quality control. In the mass production stage, the degree and method of quality control are driven by key characteristics and quality indicators, the process capability is improved and stabilized by process certification, and SPC is used for process quality control. Through FTB to collect customer data, product and process system audits, double three-inspections, full-size and full-function inspection to collect process data and competitive data analysis, use RRCA (root cause analysis), QCPC (quality diagnosis), MP (mistake proofing), QCC and other tools for continuous improvement of processes and products to enhance competitiveness and meet customer needs. Quality planning, control, assurance, and improvement are managed in all aspects and throughout the process.

Forvorda's testing center is among the first batch of CNAS-approved laboratories in the domestic traction machine industry. It has more than 80 testing equipment and instruments, with 16 items for traction machines, 2 items for metal materials and products, and 7 items for wires and cables. It can meet all the testing requirements of the Zhejiang Made Group standard T/ZZB 0160—2016 Permanent Magnet Gearless Elevator Traction Machine and T/ZZB 1031—2019 Brakes for Elevator Traction Machines. Additionally, it is equipped with advanced testing equipment such as ICP spectrometers, three coordinates, and shadowgraph, as well as multiple online automatic testing equipment such as "Stator Comprehensive Testing System" and "Traction Machine Testing System".
