On the morning of November 16, 2018, Chen Guomei, the deputy mayor of Hangzhou, with the company of Lin'an District Mayor Luo Anan,  representatives from Municipal Economic and Information Commission, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Transportation Bureau, Municipal Land and Resources Bureau,came to visit Xizi Forvorda.
